Ø  Responsible for organizing events  like job fairs , student gatherings , arranging conferences ,marketing the company brand in different public gatherings by creating brand building of the company as per the action plan given by the higher marketing officials

Ø  Responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion. Events can include

1. Training Exhibitions, job fairs, career counseling sessions for corporate/colleges/clients/schools

2. Fests, festivals; conferences; webinars, e learning activities

3. Promotions and product launches;

4. Fund raising and social events

Ø  Responsible for liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures;

Ø  Responsible for researching markets to identify opportunities for events; liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements; agreeing to and managing a budget; securing and booking a suitable venue or location ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to.

Ø  Responsible for coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;


Ø  responsible for identifying and securing speakers or special guests; planning room layouts and the entertainment program, scheduling workshops and demonstrations; coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings; coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
