1. Good network with Investors, Industrialist, HNIs, NRIs and Real Estate Sales Channel Partners. 

2. Hunger for performance based carrier growth. 

3. Ability to perform under pressure. 

4. Develop strong relationships with potential clients and getting constant potential client’s references. 

5. Ability to close sale deals. 

6. Constant searching and appointing Sales Channel Partners. 

 

Preferences:

1. 3 to 5yrs performance track record in to SEZ/Industrial Land deals.

2. Post Graduate in Management.
